Bilal Alkoç, who has brought high technical standards to leather, which has been tanned using traditional methods for thousands of years, by placing the spirit of R&D at its core, has integrated the production of edible beef gelatin and collagen, critical raw materials in the food, confectionery, and pharmaceutical industries, with the leather industry for the first time in the world with a major INNOVATION since 1957.
Acting with the awareness that leatherwork is a craft, İskefe produces traceable, sustainable, and natural forms of leather and collagen and adopts zero waste, environmentally friendly production technologies.
İskefe elevates the by-products of large cattle, considered the most valuable link in the food chain, and is committed to sharing its gains with its employees, believing in the sanctity of human labor. ● KCL - R&D
Kazlıçeşme R&D Center and Test Laboratory, established within İskefe Holding in 2007, is one of the world's most advanced R&D centers focusing on collagen proteins.
● Iskefe Leather
İskefe is a leather company developed by the third-generation entrepreneurship of a family that has been processing leather since 1957. Its major difference lies in its overall control over the collagen value chain.
● Halavet Food
Established in 2011, Halavet Food is Europe's largest producer of edible beef gelatin. It produces halal gelatin derivatives and collagen peptides in its factories located in Istanbul and Bolu.

We are committed to adding value to the world through the İskefe Ecosystem.
By 2027, we aim to establish the İskefe ecosystem by integrating collagen refineries, collagen products, and leather facilities in 21 locations with the highest number of cattle. This ecosystem aims to provide environmentally friendly, high-quality products with a focus on sustainability and traceability. As İskefe, we aim to be a leader in the global leather and collagen products industry.
